Majestic Reels Return Policy

The Return Policy covers the original purchaser only.  You must have purchased the centerpin to receive a possible refund (this Return Policy does not apply if you won the centerpin in a raffle as part of a tournament or other event that Majestic Reels donated a centerpin to). 


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact Majestic Reels within five (5) days of receipt to request a return for a refund.  You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to send the product(s) to Majestic Reels. 

In order to be eligible for a refund, the centerpin (including all components) and pouch must be unused and in the original packaging as received.  Proof of purchase must also be provided.


Majestic Reels will not accept any returns or issue refunds on any product(s) that have been ordered with custom options by the original purchaser.  (examples: the custom colors, any custom designs offered by Majestic reels, any custom etching that differs from Majestic Reels’ standard etching).

Once Majestic Reels receives your return, we will inspect everything for a refund approval.

If your return is found acceptable for a refund, you will be notified and we will initiate a refund, less a 15% restocking fee (and less any return shipping, duties, insurance, and / or damages that have not been paid), to your original method of payment.  Please allow time for processing.

If your return is found unacceptable for refund, you will be notified and the product(s) will be returned to you.

Please note that the shipping / handling fee at the time of original purchase is non-refundable.
