The Return Policy covers the original purchaser only.  You must have purchased the centerpin direct from Majestic Reels to receive a possible refund.  This Return Policy does not apply if you were gifted the centerpin, bought the centerpin from someone other than Majestic Reels, or you won the centerpin as part of an event that Majestic Reels donated a centerpin to. 

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact Majestic Reels within five (5) days of receiving your order to request a return for a refund.  Refund requests will not be accepted after the five (5) days of order receipt.  Once your refund request has been approved, you will need to send your centerpin back to Majestic Reels and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to send the centerpin back to Majestic Reels.

Once Majestic Reels receives your return, we will inspect everything for a refund approval.

 

In order to be eligible for a refund, the centerpin (including all components) and pouch must be unused and in the original packaging as received.  Proof of original purchase must also be provided.

 

Majestic Reels will not accept any returns or issue refunds on any product that has been used, ordered with custom colors, ordered with custom designs (splash, smoke, etc.), and / or ordered with custom etching (custom etching includes any etching that deviates from the standard etching put on by Majestic Reels).

If your return is found acceptable for a refund, you will be notified and we will issue a refund less a 15% restocking fee of the order price to your original method of payment.  Please note that the shipping / handling fee at the time of original purchase is non-refundable and it is not included in the refund calculation.  If you paid with a bank check or money order, Majestic Reels will mail you a check for the refund amount.  Please allow at least 2 weeks for refund processing.

If your return is found unacceptable for a refund, you will be notified and the centerpin will be returned to you.
